A double bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom has become available in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern flat in Wandsworth Town (available from early September 2026). The furnished flat is a 10/15 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station and very close to Southside shopping centre and the Ram Quarter.
Current flatmate (male professional) is moving out due to wanting to leave London after being here over a decade. Other flatmate (female, 31, professional) is staying and looking for another flatmate to share with. I am very sociable and outgoing but also value having a tidy, peaceful and calm living space. I love living in Wandsworth and exploring south west London. I’m looking for a fellow friendly and sociable young professional who has their own life and interests but would be happy to do the odd thing together eg watch TV or cook for eachother with no pressure to do so.
Bills are approximately £165 a month and the rent includes a cleaner on a fortnightly basis.
