Hi There !

I am looking for 2 new flatmates to occupy 2x Double Rooms in a cosy flat located in Wandsworth Town. My current flatmates are unfortunately leaving at the end of October to pursue work abroad and I will need to find new replacements.

I am an outgoing individual who enjoys sport, coffee and conversations. I currently work and study civil engineering so my week typically involves going into the office 4x a week and 1x a week I go into university ( London South Bank ).

The flat is tucked away from the main street, which gives it a private feel. There is a couple of bus stops located 2 min away from the flat and a train station (Wandsworth Town) located less than 10 minutes walk away which is great for transport links into central London or towards Clapham Junction.

The flat has 3x bedrooms, a shared lounge space, 2x toilet rooms ( bathrooms/shower and a separate toilet) and a large kitchen space with plenty of cupboard room.

Overall the flat has a good feel to it and is perfect for anyone in there 20s who is active and enjoys having their own private space at home but is equally up for going out for a beer or to the park for a picnic and to relax. The location is ideal for transport links and the area is a safe and vibrant town with a shopping mall, parks, a local brewery and climbing centres just down the road !
