I’m moving out of my lovely double room in a shared house and looking for someone to take over the room from 18–30 September.

The room is bright, spacious and furnished, with huge windows that bring in loads of natural sunlight throughout the day. It also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom, plenty of floor space and ample storage, with a separate desk/dresser area.

The house is currently shared by two girls and two boys, so it’s a friendly and sociable mixed house. Ideally, we’re looking for another girl to join the house.

💰 Rent: £1,250 per month
💡 Bills: Usually around £80–£100 per month, split 5 ways
🔐 Deposit: One month’s rent, protected through the DPS
📅 Move-in: Between 18–30 September
