THE ROOM

A large double bedroom with plenty of built-in storage, a spacious en-suite with both a shower and bath, and French doors leading directly onto a private roof terrace/balcony. The room gets plenty of natural light and has a great amount of space for both living and storage.

THE LOCATION

The flat is in Wandsworth Town, less than a 5-minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station, making it really easy for commuters. The high street is also right on the doorstep with plenty of great coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and charity shops.

THE FLAT & HOUSEMATES

You'd be living with two professional guys in their mid-twenties. They're both friendly, relaxed and sociable, and enjoy cooking, watching sport and having the odd drink together, but equally appreciate having their own space and time.

We'd be looking for someone with a similar vibe - someone who is clean and respectful of the flat and other's privacy, but who will also fit in well and enjoy being part of the household.

MOVE-IN & VIEWINGS

The room is available from 10th October, although I am happy to discuss a lightly earlier or later move-in date if that works better for you.

The rent is £1,200 per month, with bills approximately £90 per month.
