I’m sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our gorgeous flat in New Acres, Wandsworth.

**The Room**

It’s a really spacious double room with an ottoman storage bed, giving you loads of extra storage underneath. I currently have it set up with both my bed and a separate desk/office space and there’s still plenty of room, so it’s great if you work from home too.

There’s a decent-sized built-in wardrobe with additional storage above, as well as extra storage space in the hallway cupboard, so there’s plenty of room for clothes, suitcases and all the usual bits and pieces.

It’s not an en suite, but you’ll have your **own private bathroom** with a bath and shower.

**The Flat & Building**

New Acres is such a lovely development and has amazing amenities, including:

**Location**

The location is brilliant — New Acres is directly opposite Wandsworth Town station, so getting into central London is really easy.

There’s loads around the area too, with Waitrose, coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, Pilates studios, pubs and bars all nearby, plus the river is really close for walks and runs.

**Your Flatmate**

You’ll be living with the most gorgeous flatmate, Alana! She’s super friendly, easy-going and lovely to live with, so I’d really like to find someone who’ll be a good fit for the flat and enjoy living here as much as I have.
