*single price negotiable* We are looking for a couple or single to sign onto a short term lease with us until the start of March 2027. Move in date is anywhere from 08/12/26 to 03/01/27.
Our home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the New Acres complex in Wandsworth. The room comes with a private bathroom (we have an ensuite), and the apartment has a gym, pool and working from home space that is all free to use.
The rent is currently priced for a couple, but we are happy to negotiate for a single.
There are quite a few local restaurants, cafes and gyms in the area. We are also a 5 min walk from Wandsworth Town Station.
My partner and I are both 27 and working professionals who are easy going and sociable. We appreciate nights in but also like a drink every now and then.
We are looking for people who are clean, friendly and respect the space.
