Double room in Riverside (short or long)

Hi there,

The room is a double room with wooden floors, double bed and mattress, wardrobe, draws etc. Everything you would need. Full length mirror. You will have sole use of the main bathroom with bath tub and shower as I have an en-suite. The room has recently been painted.

Flat has large living room and dining area that leads to balcony with river views. Flat has wooden flooring throughout.

It includes all bills including netflicks, now TV , amazon prime,( smart TV), and weekly cleaner for 3 hours who is excellent!!! High speed internet, parking is available at extra cost in the car park down stairs and bike stores.

The development has convenience store, 24 hour security and concierge for parcels etc, restaurants and the Ship pub. Tesco local 4 mins walk. It also has Virgin active gym with swimming pool. It's a lovely place to live and very convenient.

I am am a 39
year old professional. I'm easy going. I would like a house mate to be easy going and relatively tidy. But I certainly don't mind a bit of mess or anything like that. I would like them to feel at home and treat the place like it's their own. There is a balcony so if anyone does smoke then that's fine. I am social but also have a big room with TV so happy to give my house mate space and also total freedom to entertain when they want etc, have boyfriends or girlfriends stay or friends or family. That's all fine. But just not every night!
I have to admit I don’t cook lots and eat out a couple of nights a week so if you do then you can use the kitchen every night with pleasure and it has everything you could possibly need

Room has brand new furniture and loads of storage space .

I have a whippet. She’s a rescue, sleeps in my room. So friendly. But you don’t even notice she’s there as they are very docile. Never ever barks etc.

1 months deposit, 1 months notice from the day the rent is due. Written agreement available if you like.

Would like to rent the room from any time from now . Not in a rush. But also flexible to be honest. We can discuss. :) short or long term is also okay.

Development is very safe and secure, and apartment is on the 4 th floor with lift.

It’s also 5 mins or less from Wandsworth town station. 12 mins to Waterloo on train. 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction, 5 or less mins on overland train.

Also right near old York rd, which is a lovely Rd with young pubs, restaurants and Gails bakery.
