New housemate needed for friendly 3 bed flat

Our current housemate moved with her partner…..are you the perfect replacement?

Move in start of November, but there is some flexibility for sooner.

The photo's don't really do justice to the flat- it’s definitely a must see (but then I am biased).

An ideal housemate would be friendly and sociable, while we all have our lives outside of the house, its great to have a laugh and chit chat with those who you reside with. We have a lovely communal lounge with a tv which provides a great space for relaxing and chatting at the end of a work day.

We have a good kitchen (which is hard to photo), and a separate toilet and bathroom.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Southside shopping centre (Sainsbury, Waitrose, Cineworld, H&M, Oliver Bonas, and lots of resturants amongst other things). It is a very short walk to Wandsworth Town station and the amazing Old York Road, plus there are great bus links almost at the front door. Short bus ride to East Putney station, or Clapham Junction. Both are also walkable within about 30mins.

There is also multiple gyms and fitness studios all close by.

There is also some great pubs including the Alma and Brewers Inn a stones throw from the flat.

There is a covered bike shed and parking available subject to permit.

The bedroom has lots of natural light and plenty of storage.

About us (current flatmates): An Australian and a Northerner. Tamara works in Government Policy Engagement and Lisa works at a local cafe and mental health. Tamara has been in the flat for over 10 years and Lisa has been here over a year. Both of us really like the flat.

We often gossip/ chit chat after our work day. Tamara works from home and utilises the dining table, and her current office is moving so she will be WFH full time for the foreseeable. Lisa works outside the home. We tend to be out on weekends during the day, but quite homebodies of the evening.

A conservative estimate on bills is £120-200. This includes an estimated increase in council tax we are expecting next year. Bills include, sky internet and TV including Netflix. We also have other subscriptions (which are not part of the bills but able for housemates to use).
