A lovely double room is becoming available in mid-to-late November in a two-bedroom flat.

I currently live on the ground floor of this building and know the property well—having lived here for about a year. An upstairs two-bedroom flat is opening up, and I’m looking to buddy up with a friendly female professional to take the tenancy together and keep living expenses manageable.

The Flat & Room:

Your Room: Unfurnished, offering a blank canvas for you to bring your own bed, wardrobe, and personal touches.

Shared Spaces: Completely sorted! The listing photos will show an empty flat, but I already own all the communal furniture: sofa, TV, dining table, rugs, and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cookware, utensils, etc.). You only need to furnish your own bedroom.

Bathroom: 1 bathroom, shared between just the two of us.

Garden & Outdoors: Lovely communal garden at the back of the property.

Parking: Private off-street parking available right outside the front of the house.

Location & Transport:

Just a 7-minute walk to the Central line, making central London commutes very quick and convenient.

Peaceful residential road with friendly, welcoming neighbours both inside the building and down the street.

Very responsive, hands-on agency/landlady—maintenance and repairs are always handled promptly without any fuss.

About Me & House Vibe:
I’m a clean, considerate, and easy-going working professional. I share my home with my very friendly pet cat, who loves company. I’m very happy to welcome another cat into the home if you have one, but no dogs, please (just to keep the peace for the animals!).

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female flatmate who values a relaxed, respectful, and comfortable home environment.
