We are a young liberal professional family living in a large 5 bedroom home in wonderful Wanstead.

We have a loft room available on the 2nd floor:
It is a compact room with: wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with drawers and a single comfortable bed. Available ! for £600 a month

Our house has a large open plan living area as well a large kitchen and diner allowing plenty of room to relax.
We are a quiet family (believe it or not!) and we are very respectful of shared and private spaces. Our garden is green and compact with garden furniture which is nice to be in when the weather is good and has been invaluable to us all.

The house is situated on a quiet leafy road and is literally a 5 minute walk from Wanstead (Central Line) station with excellent links to the city. Wanstead is only 3 stops away from Stratford (Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines as well as the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and Overground). There are also some good local pubs/bars, tons of restaurants and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Wanstead is a conservation village and has a lovely park just a stones throw away.
