A bit about me: I’m 35 and have a hybrid job at an events tech company in Dalston and have a lovely and playful black cat called Mars. I love cooking, gardening and photography, and am often out seeing friends or at the gym.
The ideal lodger would be friendly, tidy and communicative. It would also be great if you loved animals; cats in particular.
Located on a quiet residential street, the house is a 10 min walk from Forest Gate station (Elizabeth line) or Wanstead Park (overground), and super close to Wanstead Flats park.
The rent is £850 per month and bills are on average, roughly £180 per month, which includes a cleaner once a week.
