Looking for someone to join me - Imogen and my cat, Mars, in Forest Gate.
The house is a 3 bed property with lots of shared space and a back garden. The room available is a bright, furnished double room.
There are separate living and dining rooms, as well as a small courtyard garden and large roof terrace, so lots of communal space.
A bit about me: I’m 34 and have a hybrid job at an events tech company in Dalston and have a lovely and playful black cat called Mars. I love cooking, gardening and photography, and am often out seeing friends or at the gym.
The ideal tenant: female, friendly, tidy and communicative, age 30+. Also it would be great if you loved animals and would be happy to help feed Mars here and there :)
The house is located on a quiet residential street 10 min walk from Forest Gate station (Elizabeth line) or Wanstead Park (overground), and super close to Wanstead Flats park.
The rent is £1,000 per month and bills are roughly £150 per month, which includes a cleaner once a week.
