About the flat: This is a 2 bed, 2 bath riverside flat in a lovely part of Wapping.

Your room is spacious, comes furnished (all new furniture) and has its own bathroom just opposite the room. There is a Juliet balcony with great views over the water 🛥

The livingroom has two balconies with different aspects over the thames, so one always catches the sun. Great for a coffee or drinks 🍻 The kitchen has all the usual appliances including a dishwasher.

There is also a secure covered parking space inside the development 🚗

Within a few minutes walk of the flat there is a great pub, water sports centre, tennis courts, thames path for run/ cycle, coffee shops etc.

Transport connections are good 🚊 - 15 mins to Bank on the DLR, 5 mins walk to Wapping Station, 12 mins to Whitechapel (for Crossrail next year), 15 mins to Shoreditch, 15 mins to Canary Wharf on the bus.

About me: I work as an environmental consultant around 4 days per week, either in the city or from home 👨🏻‍💻. Also quite frequently away to Aberdeen on business too, so you’d have the place to yourself a fair bit. I’m usually down for getting involved with a good range of interests and activities in spare time, whether its eating out, heading to pub, gallery/ museum, politics, film, or just chatting at the end of the day. An exciting hobby for me is making electronic music on my computer...when i get the time anyway! Would also be keen to hear from anyone who does this too, that could be fun 🎧

I play some sports, including one called underwater hockey and like to keep fit 🏊‍♂️
