Lovely sunny flat w balcony + gym + plants!

Hello!

I’m Lily and I have a room going in my lovely flat in Wapping, move in 9th of November, able to move stuff in before this.

I’ve lived here for 4 years and absolutely love this flat, and would like to stay on here for minimum another year (although I believe the contract is rolling).

Your room is a large south-facing double room with excellent storage (big wardrobe and small annex space), with lovely big windows that get lots of light.

The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe, and there is loads of space for a desk etc if you sometimes work from home :)

I love this little flat so much, we’ve got a sweet living south-facing living/dining room with a long dining table and lovely sofa bed. There’s a long balcony too that’s lovely in the summer, and the room gets so much light!!

The building is gated, and there is a lot of bike storage and the potential for a car parking space if you have one (you’d have to talk to the building manager, Les!).

There is also a well equipped little gym that is free to use with 2 treadmills, an exercise bike, weights etc it’s brilliant!

The flat looks over Shadwell Basin too which is so pretty (I added some pics!), and there’s a lovely canal walk leading to St Kat’s Docks that is just full of nature if that’s your thing.

Wapping itself has some really nice pubs, including the Prospect of Whitby which is my favourite, and a nice market on Saturday mornings that sells some really god sourdough bread!

You’re well connected on the Overground at Wapping and Shadwell, and not too far from Whitechapel.

About me, I’m two years into my PhD at King’s College London and have lived in London for 7 years now. I love going to gigs, music, cooking, spending time with friends, and hiking. I have a lovely record player in the living room, and like to have people over every now and then for dinner parties.

I’m looking for someone around the same age and who has similar interests and living standards hahaha. It would be so nice to live with someone lovely!!
