In terms of location, I don't think it gets any better than this. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill station and 2 streets away from Tower Gateway DLR station. If you work in Liverpool St, Bank or London Bridge area you are 15 minutes walk from here.

There are several groceries around the area including a massive Waitrose. The area is surrounded by clubs, gyms and my favourite; It is facing the entrance to St. Katherine's Docks. If you like to enjoy yourself with a glass of wine on a sunny day at the marina as much as I do, then this is your place. If you're more sporty person there are also several running clubs around the area.

As a plus, the rent includes a private parking space only accessible for residents in the building basement for your bicycle, in case you cycle to work.

All bills are included (concierge, private security, council tax, internet, service charge, building heating system, ...) with the exception of electricity and water which are £50 approx. per month approx.
