Our lovely flatmate moving out at the end of October, so we are looking for a replacement!

About the house:
- Spacious 3-storey house where each person's room is on a different level
- Your room will be on the 1st floor
- Sharing a bathroom with Roz on 2nd floor
- We have a large lounge on the 1st floor
- Our garden backs onto Wapping Woods, to if you like a bit of nature on your doorstep, looking at the neighbourhood pups and squirrels, then it's perfect!

About the area:

🚆Wapping Overground is a 5 minute walk and Shadwell DLR (1 stop to Bank) is an 8 minute walk (side note: we feel very safe walking from Wapping overground at night).

Wapping is a quieter area known for its historic pubs, cobble stone streets and Saturday markets on the basin. It’s right next to Tower Bridge which is great because it’s so central but also feels very quiet and safe.

Rent: £1019 and bills come to approx. £120 per month

About us:
Roz is 31 and works in film marketing.
Haley is 31 and works as an architect.

We’re looking for a woman to move in, aged around 26+.

The vibe of the house is warm and friendly. We’re all fairly independent and love doing our own thing but are also social people so love to have a chat and hang.

It’s not a party house and we’re respectful of each other’s personal space and vibes.
