Other permanent occupant is a Maine Coon cat who the tenant would be responsible for feeding etc. hence the reduced rent. The house is over three floors and the tenant has the whole of the middle floor. House has two lounges and kitchens. Three bathrooms.


The tenants lounge/ enclosed kitchen and bedroom are all south facing. Front and back gardens. 
There is a parking space with a communal garden at the rear. CCTV and burglar alarm. 
The location is a city workers dream, being a 15 minute walk into the city. Two underground stations (Tower Hill and Aldgate) & the DLR (Tower Gateway) are all at 15 minutes walking distance. Additional Wapping overground is only a 15 minute walk away. The bus stop (100) is just around the corner 4 minutes walking distance . Waitrose (Thomas More Square) is just a 1 minute walk away and both Wapping and the stunning St Katharine Docks are reachable with a 5 minute walk, offering plenty of choices for bars/pubs, restaurants and shops. The Dock complex a 4 minute walk away has many shops including a pharmacy & Asian supermarket and many restaurants
The house is a quiet haven, not a party home for a single let only. Extremely tidy ‘no shoes’ in the house policy.
