Hello!
We are looking for someone to take over our housemates room anytime from mid June (dates flexible) as our flatmate is moving in with her partner.
The rent is £800 per month + £100 roughly in bills.
The flat is located in Wapping central/east location with quiet cobblestoned streets with & some of London's best riverside pubs, it’s super well connected to both east, central and south London.
It’s a 5 min walk to Wapping station (overground - Windrush line) & 10 min walk to Shadwell (DLR). Sainsbury's local at the end of the street, and a big Waitrose 10 min walk away.
You will be living with Xavier (28 / Aussie / Engineer), Jordan (27/ Aussie / Graphic designer) and me (25/ NZ/ work in HR). We all work full time with 1-2 day's per week WFH.
We have all been good friends since we met in 2023 and enjoy nightly yaps on the couch, lido laps, runs as well as meals out & pints - but equally value our alone time!
