About us:

We are looking for two new housemates to join us in a new house! We would love to be friends with our new housemates but also respect each other's own time and space. We both work from home the majority of the time (and all good if you are wfh or office based!)

Ciara works in data research. Loves a walk, a spontaneous camping trip, reading, hosting a craft night, trying at pub quizzes and board games, and signing up for random classes (eg archery, life drawing, and roller skating)

Jing works in marketing. Very sociable, loves to travel, reading, crafting, into live music, always trying new restaurants and cafes, going to the pub with friends, and fitness (not hardcore tho!)

About you:
We're ideally looking for someone who likes a balance of hanging out but also enjoys their own space. We'd love someone who is down to go to the local pub, explore new areas/walks/fun things in London, the occasional night out, but also likes a chill night in watching TV and chatting.

We both love a clean and tidy space, so someone who cleans up after themselves and is up for a weekly cleaning rota would be great :)

Working professionals only, no students, sorry!
We're both 26 so someone a similar age (24 - 30)
We'd like a mixed house so not fussed on gender

🏡 The house:

Ground floor: Kitchen/diner with room for sofas, bathroom, garage, garden and patio
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 room available, 1st bedroom in the video)
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, storage cupboard, bathroom (1 room available, 2nd bedroom in the video)

The house feels pretty new, light, and spacious, has a garden, as well as a balcony in one of the bedrooms, all the bedrooms are a good size and finished (bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk), with good amounts of storage space including a garage!

Both the bedrooms available are the same size, just on different floors, and are available for £1062.50 each.
Move in is the first weekend of August

The location:

The house is in Wapping, right by Hermitage Basin. It's super close to the Thames and St Katherine Docks!

Wapping overground station (Windrush) is 10 mins away, which has a night service on Fri and Sat!
We're a 20 min walk away from Tower Hill (district and circle) and near the DLR too.
The 100 bus also stops close by that takes you to Moorgate/Aldgate/etc. to change for the underground.
