Hi, we’re looking for someone to take over a double room in our 3-bedroom flat in Wapping, available from
2nd August.

Rent is £866 PCM plus bills averaging around £115 PCM

Flat
The room comes with a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The flat is on the ground floor and has a decently sized shared living room, separate toilet and bathroom.

Location
The location is great. Wapping is lovely to explore and we are around 3-minute walk from Wapping Overground or 8-minutes from Shadwell DLR station. Local cafes, pubs and a Sainsburys local are a few minutes down the road.
Flatmates

You’ll be joining a Brit and an Aussie as flatmates, both young professionals working in London. We’re all respectful of each other’s space but are always up for socialising or a trip to one of the local pubs. We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy to live with.
