Looking for flatmate for Double room in Wapping

Double room in Wapping, from September!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in Wapping from September 1st!

Details:

Rent £900 and month + bills around 100 a month.

Flat: top floor flat, with amazing view of the shard! Really lovely bright open plan kitchen and living room with sunny balcony!

Near to a Sainsbury’s local, cafes, post office etc and also there’s a gym nearby. Wapping’s got lots of lovely green spaces too, and of course great pubs.

Location: Wapping, good access to central and east London, 5 min walk to the overground station (closest stations are Wapping and Shadwell).

Housemates: 2 girls currently (Amela and Philippa) aged 24 and 25. We’re very social and like to hang out in the flat , do crafts, play rounders, watch movies , go to the pub- but we’re also out the flat a lot doing our own thing!

We’re looking for a female between 23-30, who’s also working full time, ideally mostly office-based and who’s clean and tidy.
