Ensuite Double Bed in Wapping with Patio

My current flatmate is sadly moving out so I am looking for someone to take her room. If you are interested, please send me a message and I would love to chat :)

About the Room:
You would be moving into a spacious double bed with an ensuite bathroom and a large patio. The room comes furnished with a closet, a bedframe + mattress, one side table and small shelf. You can also speak to my current flatmate if you would like to buy any furniture off of her at a discount (for eg: chair, clothing hanger, etc.).

About the Property & Location:
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living room with a brand new hob, washing machine and a new fridge. We also have a balcony with a nice view that brings in plenty sunlight.

The flat is located 10-15 mins walk from Tower Bridge station and a 15 min walk to Wapping overground. We are also only 2 mins walk away from Waitrose (which is very convenient) and a 5 min walk away from Starry Mart which is a local Asian grocery store.

The neighbourhood is a really nice mix of calm and residential with enough things to do around St Katherine's docks so you never get bored. There is also a local running club which you could join (I am a part of it!). We have two gyms, one is Fitness First which is 3 mins away and the other is Arete Gym which is 8 mins away.

About Me:
You would be moving in with me :) I am 26 and I work in business intelligence. I am vegetarian (I don't mind if you are not, as long as you are clean / conscious with any meat you use in the kitchen). I like to cook, go to the cinema and have movie nights in the flat (bonus points if you would like to join!).
I work from home 4 days a week so for balance would ideally like to find someone who goes to the office 3-4 days a week. But I am flexible!
I am very clean and usually like to go to bed early.
I do occasionally have friends over for dinner or birthday parties. You are also more than welcome to bring friends over as well or join me in my gatherings. We usually try and give each other notice when we have people over and respect each others space and time.

About You:
I would ideally love to find a flatmate who I can hang out with but who also likes to have some down time by themselves. I would be super keen to have movie nights in the flat or cook dinner together.
I am looking for someone who is neat and tidy and knows how to clean up after themselves.
