Large En-Suite Room in Wapping - available 7th Oct

Our flatmate Grace is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take her room from 7th October 🏡

The room is a large en-suite with its own bathroom and bath (we all have our own bathrooms!).

The flat is amazing — it’s massive, so we never feel like we’re on top of each other, with balconies to both the front and back. And it’s literally opposite Wapping Overground, which is super convenient.

Our landlord is also great and lives in the flat next door. He actually built the property himself and is always around if anything needs fixing, so we’re very lucky in that respect!

It’s a chilled, respectful household and definitely not a party house. Myself and Greg mainly work from the office, with the occasional day working from home, and we’d like to keep the communal areas as shared living space rather than a WFH office.

We’re a clean and tidy household, and keeping the flat well looked after is important to us, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same.

We’re sociable but independent — happy to have a glass of wine together or cook dinner, but we all have our own lives, friends and routines. We’re looking for someone who likes that kind of dynamic too.

We’d ideally love another female flatmate, as we really like the dynamic we have in the house.
