Double room in Wapping/ St Katherine’s Docks

Hi!! I’m sadly moving out of my room in Wapping/ St Katherine’s Docks (E1) and need another girl to replace me. The room is available from 27th October, but can be flexible on move-in date.

This is a double room on the third floor of a 4 bed house, sharing a bathroom with one other person. It has a communal open plan kitchen/ living room with a really lovely garden that is great in summer!

The house is only a 25 minute walk to Bank (I have walked to work since I’ve been here which saves a tonne of money!) and has great transport connections via Wapping overground station and Tower Hill tube station. The house is right next to St Katherine’s Docks which has great restaurants and cafes.

The rent is £1050 per month excluding bills which come to about £100 per month (including council tax).

I live with three other housemates, all working professionals (23-27). It’s a pretty social house and we all get on really well, so ideally looking for someone who could keep that vibe going. We often have film nights, games nights etc.

We are currently 2 boys and 2 girls so keen to keep that split even - looking for another girl to take my spot!
