About the Flatmate(s)

I'm a PhD student, clean, straightforward, and genuinely easy to live with. Work 9-5 Monday to Friday, so keep regular hours. I have my own social circle but genuinely enjoy occasional flat dinners, films, nights out. Interested in sports, music, and art.

I occasionally have friends round (will give you notice), but I respect personal space and boundaries completely.

The Vibe
This isn't a party flat, but it's not a library either. We're both busy during the week, but weekends are for actually living. The goal is finding someone you can genuinely be mates with, not just share a rent cheque with.
