Hello, I’m Andrew. I’m a maths teacher who works in Hammersmith.
My current flatmate is moving out so I am looking for another person to fill his room. Rent is £1100 a month and has your own bathroom just outside the room (no sharing needed). Bills not included but work out at around £180pp in addition to rent and depending on the season.
The room is in a 2 bed top floor flat, near Wapping overground station and the bedroom window overlooks the balcony. The building has an elevator. The flat is in a pretty and quiet area, with lots of nice pubs around. There is another built in wardrobe outside the room too so there is plenty of storage space for you. There is a shared living room and open plan kitchen.
I’m a gay man so would ideally like to share with another LGBTQ+ person. Like playing tennis, going to the gym and love music/concerts. Very considerate of others, like to socialise and am tidy/clean.
