A lovely super large double with a king sized bed with storeage drawers under the bed. It has recently been decorated, it has a TV, sofa, desk, etc There is a large built in storage cupboard. Available May 01.

The flat has a modern kitchen diner, shower room and separate toilet. We are looking for tidy types. Some flexibility on furniture if you want me to get change/stuff

You would be sharing mainly with:

A young professional female tenant , Angie, who is very friendly (a mid 20s male nurse is her current replacement while she is traveling for 3 months called
Fillipe )

And a french female student , (early 20s)

We are set up for short stays especially while the main tenant is away ( 3 months ) or long stays. And i stay very occasionally in the lounge , so the tenancy document has to be a lodger document with one months notice either way. We are happy with long term tenants for the larger room.

if your a long stay tenant , you might br interested to know after Angie returns the lounge is only available for monday to friday short lets, so tends to be available for 15-20 days amonth to the rest of the household.

The flat is a two minute walk to Wapping Tube and benefits from being very central but on the Thames, so surprisingly laid back and village like with lower traffic pollution

Wapping is one of London’s best kept secrets a delightfully characterful and quiet (almost zone 1) enclave by the Thames. Check out the Thames beach and suck in the cleaner air with, uniquely, the nearest main road half a mile away. With its own village style array of shops and a rich history. ( The local café, butchers, supermarket, dry cleaners ect 200m away, The Turks Head ( now an upmarket french bistro) use to serve the final quart of ale to condemned pirates on their way to the execution dock , where Wapping underground currently resides . There is also a fantastic array of up market and mid market bars and eateries ; and the flat is very close to the city and canary Wharf ( 2 miles) , Tower Bridge and Saint Katherine’s docks is a short ( 7 min) wonderful walk.
