Looking for polite and respectful professionals or mature and responsible students who are clean and tidy and who cleans after themselves. Rent includes all bills including council tax.

If you are not familiar with Wapping, it is a beautiful area with quite a few green and picnic spots. It's peaceful and quiet, away from the usual buzzing life of Tower Hamlets. The property is located very central to the local sainsburys, post office, barbers, pharmacy, GP, dentist, grocers, butchers, fish and chip shop, pub and convenient store which is only a minute away from the property. Wapping has the river Thames, basin and lakes around for a nice walk or a jog, and its own sport centre and gym. You also have the Wapping Docklands Market every Saturday.

Bus 100 and D3 are a minutes walk away as well as Wapping Overground Station providing excellent links to anywhere in London. The nearest DLR is 12 minutes walk.

I am looking for a person who appreciates the peace and quiet Wapping has to offer. Professionals or responsible mature students with good etiquette who will collectively share responsibilities and maintain good level of cleanliness of room, common shared space and facilities.

There is no security deposit however I require first and final month rent in advance.
