Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3 bed central London ground floor flat in Waterloo from March 15.

Lived here for nearly 4 years, the location is amazing! Walking distance to London Bridge (20 mins), Oxford Circus (30-40 mins) and a 2 minute walk to Waterloo station.

💰 £850 + bills (roughly £1050 per month total) Deposit is £820 as rent was cheaper when I moved in years ago.
🚆 Jubilee, Northern, Bakerloo, Waterloo & City and National Rail.
🏠 3 bed ground floor flat with living room, one bathroom, kitchen and balcony which opens onto a shared garden space.

You’ll be living with one girl (25) and one guy (26) *not a couple!!* and we’re therefore looking for another girl around 23-28 ideally. Someone who's social and would like to do cute dinners/nights in occasionally would be fab.

Can do an in-person viewing or a FT call. The flat is fully furnished since it's a tenancy swap, and the bedroom has a double bed and double wardrobe (bedroom 3 in the floor plan picture!)
