After living in this amazing house for the past 4.5 years, I will be leaving my room to a future lucky housemate 😊

- About the house: big house with 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own en-suite bathroom, and 1 shared bathroom
Really nice and spacious living room (including a small guestroom with a double bed, useful for friends and family visits), nice little garden for BBQs, large kitchen, laundry room, bike storage 🚲

- About the room: Big and bright en-suite bedroom on the 2nd floor with two windows facing the street.
Cost is £730 per month, excluding bills (add approx £250/month, which includes water, gas, electricity, internet, weekly cleaner and council tax).

- About the location: SE1, literally 2 min walk from Waterloo station (extremely well connected).
Area is lovely: bars, restaurants, all useful shops next door, and the river is just a short walk away (great for runners)

- About the flatmates: 1 girl (Polish) & 3 boys (2 French and 1 British). Main languages are English and French but having an international background is a plus.
All professionals in our late-twenties to mid-thirties. We enjoy socialising with each other, but are also independent – and are looking for someone who is similar.

- About you: You are looking for a long term stay (min 1 year) and you know how to live (and behave) in a houseshare. You are a professional with a secured job, clean & tidy, easy going and open-minded person with an active lifestyle BUT also respect your housemates work schedule.
