Double balcony room available in a recently refurbished 1930s period property 5 mins walk from lambeth north / 10 mins walk from waterloo, close to the South Bank and River Thames.

Prices include all bills, council tax, wifi, etc.

You will be sharing the flat with one other person - a Friendly French painter, in her mid 30's

Room has bed and mattresses but lacks bedding, pillows and furniture. There are odd chairs and tables available if needed.

- £1100 a month, good sized double with private balcony

The flat has a small kitchen, a bath room with shower and bath and a separate toilet. There is a communal lounge and dining area.

The best thing about this flat is the location - Zone One in central London and very easy to get into town, near the south bank, etc. You can see Westminster Abbey from the kitchen window. It is also surrounded by the parks of the imperial war museum and archbishops park, as well as good places to eat and drink on Lower Marsh and mini theatre land of The Cut around Waterloo.

The flat has been recently refurbished, new kitchen, bathroom and recently painted rooms.

The flat is available for 3 months - Please note - This is not a long term let.

From Saturday 5th September the room is free up until 27th November. I am moving back in on Saturday 28th November - Unfortunately there is no option to stay any longer.

Occasionally I will be at the flat myself to check on things sporadically as I work abroad. The other flat mate occupies the other bedroom.

I'm looking for chill people to move in for a short term, nice atmosphere, relax and be happy.
