Summer - Private Room in the very centre of London

Hii! I am looking to sublet my room in London over the summer (2026) from June to August. I can also include the end of May and September, but I need the room to be freed on Sept 26th at the latest – to discuss. Note: my offer is reserved for female students preferably, as some flat facilities are shared ;)

My accommodation is Urbanest – Westminster Bridge – Student Accommodation.

--> Location – The best thing about this accommodation is its exceptional location! Just across the river from Big Ben and the Parliament, next to the Southbank and the London Eye, it couldn’t be more central! Waterloo Station, a key hub in London’s transport (tube, train, bus), is only a five-minute walk away, which is super practical and saves a lot of time on travel. Even better, for Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, Chinatown, and key universities like LSE and KCL, you don’t even need to use the transport, as they are all within 20-30 minutes on foot. Many supermarkets, such as M&S, Co-op, Sainsbury's, Iceland, and Oseyo, and also Boots, are at 3-5 minutes, as well as the popular area of Lower Marsh. I find this very pleasant, especially as transport in London is quite busy and expensive.

--> Facilities – There is a gym downstairs, study spaces on the first floor, and a 18th floor rooftop with an amazing panoramic view of London landmarks, social spaces, a cinema room, and a game room, which includes two table tennis tables, an arcade machine, and an air hockey table. There is also WIFI, two printers and two laundry rooms (ground floor & 18th floor).

--> My room – I have a private room on the 16th floor, only 2 floors below the rooftop, which comes in handy. It also has a nicer view than below. It consists of a private, lockable bedroom sharing a kitchen and two shower rooms with just two other students in a modern three-bedroom flat. It is equipped with a built-in desk, a desk chair, a wardrobe, a bed, and many storage spaces. The rent is £363 per week. A private room is perfect for sharing with friends or making new ones, and excellent value for money for such a central location in London! Note: If you want to stay with a friend, I can help you to get two rooms within the same flat, as my current flatmate will also sublet this summer.
