Room takeover in zone1 - summer

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room at IQ Paris Gardens this summer.

Located in Central London (Zone 1), within walking distance to Waterloo Station and Southwark.

Rent is £658 per week, with all bills included (WiFi, electricity, water).

Dates: 18 June - 5 September

The room is furnished with a bed and has a private ensuite bathroom.

It is also very close to supermarkets, cafés, and other everyday amenities.

Please note:
・Only full-time university students in the UK are eligible (language school students are not accepted)

・The tenancy must be taken over at least 2 months before the original contract start date

・The contract runs until 05/09/2026
