I am looking for a replacement tenant for my Unite Students room at Wellington Lodge, for the 2026–27 academic year (12/09/2026 – 03/09/2027).

Rent: £369.00 per week
Room type: Extra Large Standard Double Ensuite (3–5 flatmates) Mixed Gender.
Eligibility: Must be a full-time student (Unite Students requirement)
