Cosy double room in Waterloo

We’re looking for a third flatmate to join us in our lovely central London flat as our current flatmate is moving out 🏡✨

The room is a cosy double room with space for a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The flat has a lovely big living room, a separate kitchen and a balcony. The location is amazing, 2 minute walk to Waterloo station, 5 mins to the river and London Eye, with lots of cafes, pubs, shops & restaurants on the doorstep.

Currents flatmates are Jess and Abi, both young professionals in our 20s. Ideally looking for a girl/non-binary person of a similar age, we’ve really made this place a home and would love to welcome someone who wants the same! We love exploring London and having friends over, love a good pub quiz but also appreciate a cosy night in and having our own space as well.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a bedside table. This room would ideally work best for someone that mostly works in an office as it doesn’t fit a desk.

Rent is £820 without bills, and at the moment bills are approx. £130 a month. Council tax band D. The room is available from 25th September.
