1 month SUBLET - Double room in a 3 bed - Waterloo

Looking for someone to rent my double room in a bright and cosy 3-bed flat in Waterloo while I’m away for work from 24th of October until the end of November.

Very well connected:
- Lambeth North tube station is a 1 minute walk away
- Waterloo station is less than a 10 minute walk
- lots of bus routes nearby

The room has a double bed, desk and plenty of storage space. The flat is on the first floor and has a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. We also have access to the building’s rooftop, which is a great bonus.

We’re all PhD students at Imperial College London. Laura and Liam are both chatty and outgoing, and we have a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home. We’re respectful of each other’s space, but also enjoy spending time together in the evenings and at weekends. We enjoy getting food, having a movie night or going for the occasional pub trip.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and keen to be part of a sociable but respectful flat for the short period.
