This is strictly a Monday-to-Friday arrangement, ideal for a full-time working professional looking for a calm, respectful place to stay in Central London during the week.

The house has 3 bedrooms, but you will be sharing with just me!
This is a peaceful, restful environment, not a social or party house.

No Weekends: This room is strictly for a commuter who resides permanently elsewhere in the UK or abroad.

You must leave by Friday and return no earlier than Sunday evening or Monday morning.

No weekend stays are permitted under any circumstances (including staying locally with friends).

Proof of Address:
Proof of your permanent weekend residence (such as a utility bill) will be requested before moving in.

Rules:
Single occupancy only.
No working from home, no parties, and no overnight guests.
