Waterloo station has a large array of shops also and plenty of green space with several parks nearby with borough Market and London bridge only a few minutes away by bus or tube.

Location is fantastic for those working in the city (walk over Blackfriars to Liverpool street is 15 minutes) and in central London generally. Great bus connections right outside the flat on Blackfriars Bridge Road and also the cycle super highway.

The southbank is a 10 minute walk and has many places to eat and lots of live events in the summer.
