Wellington Lodge is a property by UNITE Students on Waterloo Road, just a short walk from Waterloo Station (5 Minutes), and walking distance to Southwark, The Old Vic, Borough, The Cut and Southbank. There are shops very close by, as well as restaurants, takeaways, bars and pubs.

The room is a spacious single en suite, with a 3/4 bed (larger than a single, smaller than a queen sized), a desk, large window and a bathroom with a shower pod. The room also has lots of storage space including built-in shelves in the wall, drawers, a large wardrobe and space under the bed. The kitchen is shared with three other people, and is very spacious with all cooking facilities included as well as sofas along the window for lounging. Wifi speed is very fast, and the property has 24x7 security. The property also has a laundry area, a spacious common room and 2 quiet study areas.

Rent is inclusive of all bills (water, electricity, wifi etc).

The transfer fee of 50 pounds will also have to be paid by the tenant.
