Room:
Double room fully furnished with two large new windows, wardrobe, chested drawers, bedside table, mirror, in beautiful mock-Tudor style 3-bed flat with great transport options.

Bills:
Bills are currently £130 each, subject to increase depending on usage and provider increase. If we were to get a weekly cleaner, it’s not currently factored in to the price. Council Tax Band: E

Transport:
5-10 minute walk to central line (West Acton) and Piccadilly line (North Ealing)
20 minute walk from Elizabeth line (Ealing Broadway) and District line (Ealing Broadway, Ealing Common and Acton Town)

Bathroom:
1 x Shared bathroom (toilet is separate to bath, shower, sink) There are no en-suites.

Kitchen:
electric hob, Washer/drier, 2 shelves of fridge space, 1 shelf freezer space, 2 food cupboards. No dishwasher.

Living room:
Shared living room with 2 couches, dining table, small tv and bookshelf

Garage:
There is a small garage which can store a bicycle, however the door is usually blocked by parked cars which may or may not leave for work during weekdays so not suitable if cycling is your main mode of transport.

Parking:
Car parking is first come first served, if no spaces available there is also on-street parking.

Garden:
Large green shared communal gardens with rose bushes out front and leisure area out back for sunbathing/exercising. Estate arranged gardeners manage all gardening, which is free

General:

Quiet, clean and respectful household. Landlord requires us to care for his property and furnishings, and to communicate punctually.

It is important to use headphones for calls and podcasts, and keep communal areas tidy - free from personal items. Keep noise to a minimum.
Common sense and decency are to be practiced at all times.
