Double bedroom in big shared house with a garden

Hello!

We're looking for a 5th housemate to join our lovely shared house in West Dulwich. The house is very roomy, with tall ceilings, and a big garden out back. It's not far from crystal palace/ gipsy hill/ and great green spaces like Dulwich park.

We have a big living room with joining open plan office/bike /knitting supplies, dart room. The kitchen is a good size, with french doors opening onto the garden. We share cooking stuff like utensils and pans, and have a kitty (included in the price) for cooking oil/ cleaning stuff and whatnot.

The room is roughly 15 metres squared, with enough space for a double bed and a desk and wardrobe etc. It comes unfurnished.

3 of us have lived here for 3 years+, and we're looking for someone who wants to make themselves a little home in west dulwich. Sometimes we watch tv together in the evenings, and we hang out in the kitchen when we're cooking. We have our own busy schedules so don't usually cook together, so there's no pressure there.

The price includes all bills, and a weekly cleaner, plus netflix, which is pretty great!

We're looking for a friendly person (30-40) who we all get on with. We're definitely not a party house but we all like going to the gipsy hill taproom round the corner and drinking wine in the evenings. We're a tidy bunch, and we're looking for someone similar!

The room will be available on the 1st if december. We'll be meeting people and showing the house around 10th november.
