Our lovely housemate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend so a room has become available in our 3 bed maisonette in West Dulwich/ Tulse Hill area.

Tulse Hill is a nice quiet residential area. 30 mins into central London on the train and 20 mins by bus to Brixton. Also round the corner from Dulwich.

You’d be living with:
Chanté (almost 30!!) a fundraiser for a health charity who enjoys running, the gym, gigs and the occasional rave. I’ve been in the flat over 3 years and love it here.

Charlotte (29) a sustainably consultant who enjoys running, cycling, swimming, walking, live music and a chilled night in. I have been in the flat just under a year and it is a lovely place to live.

We didn’t know each other before moving in and get on well but we have our own lives too. We like to catch up in the kitchen, watch tv together some evenings and have an annual Christmas dinner 🎄Looking for a flatmate who has a similar vibe!

Rent is £678.33PCM with bills coming to around £130PCM.
