4 bedrooms over 3 floors, 2 living areas with TVs (Virgin media and BT Sport). 2 bathrooms 1 with a shower and 1 with a full size bath/shower. Small patio with table/chairs/barbecue, with access to communal lawned gardens. Wifi broadband.

The ground floor is open plan with a modern kitchen. 2 fridges, 2 freezers, w/machine and t/dryer. Sofa, dining table and TV with patio doors out to a patio and communal gardens. Downstairs cloakroom.

1st floor: living room with TV, large bathroom with a bath/shower and double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, side tables and lamps, spotlights. This is the room available for rent with the bathroom adjacent.

Sharing with myself and my partner, we are looking for a friendly person to share with us on a Mon-Fri four night week basis or three nights considered for £450. 00pcm. We're easy going professionals - I work in the West End in the health charity sector and my partner is in the creative arts profession. We're into running, pilates and the gym. theatre, films, cooking, reading and music. Our previous lodger was with us for two and a half years and can recommend.

Good transport links to central London:
W Dulwich Station (4 mins away) trains every 15 mins into Victoria (via Brixton) - journey time approx 12 mins.

Some trains go to Bedford and Luton via Elephant and Castle and the City.

Tulse Hill Station is a 15 minute walk with trains going into London Bridge.

Bus - 15 mins into Brixton to pick up the Victoria Line tube or directly into the West End. Plus a good night bus service from the West End.

Parking available on private estate.
