Lovely, large room and private study available in peaceful house in West Ealing (W13), perfect for someone who needs a calm base. Current housemate is moving out and I will need to replace them on a rolling tenancy with the landlord.

The room itself is spacious and bright, and currently set up with a double bed and good storage. There is a separate space for you to have a private study / office as well. There is a lovely terraced back garden - perfect for sitting outside in the summer!

I am a working Marketing professional and work in the city. I value my downtime, and want a calm and serene environment.

I am seeking someone who is chilled, tidy and respectful. This isn't a party house, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a peaceful and friendly environment after a busy day.

The location is ideal for commuters: you'll have fast and easy access to the Elizabeth Line at West Ealing station for quick travel to Paddington, Bond Street, and the City.
