This is a very modern 2-bed flat (2 beds, 2 bathrooms, built in 2015) located next to West Ealing Broadway.

Neighbourhood: 1 mosque, several churches, Lidl, Iceland, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Polish supermarket, 4+ Halal butchery/grocery shops, Fishmonger, barber, Morley's chicken, and local kebab restaurants are all within 3 mins-walk away. There are 4 gyms in the local area. Several buses pass by the main street that will take you to Ealing Broadway in 10 mins. West Ealing station (Elizabeth slow train) is 7 mins walk away. Noise level: very quiet

Your responsibility: paying the rent on time to the agent, sharing the utility bill on time with me, throwing the bin and cleaning the kitchen by rota, and taking care of the property's security.

Bills are not included, they are split into around 100£ per person per month. Council tax (band D) is about 100£ a month per person.
