The house is located in the leafy suburb of Ealing in the quiet residential area of St Stephen's. The loft is spacious and light with windows at both ends of the room and has an attractive, adjoining bathroom. Shared space covers a kitchen and dining area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, double oven, hob and microwave. A garden is available.

There are excellent transport links with West Ealing on the Elizabeth Line under a 10 minute walk away (Bond Street 20 minutes, Liverpool Street & Heathrow under 30). Ealing Broadway is around a 15 minute walk away.

The area close to the house is home to a Waitrose and a good local pub. Within easy walking distance are two cinemas, a large park and numerous pubs, restaurants and shops. Extra travel options from Ealing Broadway cover the central and district lines.
