We are looking for a friendly professional considerate young male to join us and share our home. This is a spacious three storey Edwardian house and you would be sharing with just two other people.

This is a good-sized double bedroom, about 12”x11”. The room is South East facing, so sunshine floods the room from daybreak till about 2.00pm. There is a double-glazed sash window, overlooking the garden, so no street noise to keep you awake. There is a double bed, built in cupboard with lighting, drawers and shelves. There is also space for additional items of furniture if you have any. There is room to work from home. The room is carpeted and has period features- stripped pine door, cast iron fireplace, cornicing, picture rail, high ceiling etc. It is neutrally decorated in a warm grey.

The house has three bathrooms. Yes three! The main bathroom is a good size and has a separate mega flow shower cubicle (no feeble dripping showers). There is a fabulous brand-new wet room on the ground floor. There is also an en-suite upstairs- but that isn’t yours!

There is a stylish quiet lounge with marble fireplace, Television and two John Lewis leather sofas to unwind and socialise. There is a separate dining room. There is also a spare bedroom for occasional guests.

The heart of the house however is the south facing kitchen/family room. Quartz worktops, fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher, double oven, built in microwave. There is an island with inset sink and breakfast bar. There is a kitchen table and sofa. The room is south facing with a full wall of folding doors opening on to decking and the garden. This is a fabulous spacious room where everyone can be doing their own thing without tripping over each other.

The garden is secluded and south-facing garden. It has lighting and a decked area with seating. A lovely place to share a bottle of wine. There is a shed for your bike. The concertina doors of the kitchen open directly onto a terrace which gets sun from 7 in the morning, to 6.30.

The house has a spacious feel. There are plenty of places to socialise with your house mates or friends, but space to unwind by yourself. It is a spacious Edwardian three-storey house with bags of character and period features; 3 minutes’ walk from West Ealing station, which will soon become a cross-rail station.
The house is in Drayton Gardens in West Ealing. W13 0LG. It is 3 mins walk to West Ealing station (Elizabeth Line). Fast access to central London, Canary Wharf, Heathrow, Reading, Maidenhead.

There is on street parking (you will need to get a permit). There is a park with running track at the end of the road. Waitrose is very close by, as is a great Fullers pub and loads of cafés and restaurants. There is a 24-hour gym 8 minutes’ walk away.
Overnight guests are welcome, (but not every night), and please respect the room is for single occupancy. No couples please. The rent includes water rates, Council tax, TV licence, broadband. One month’s deposit required.

You would be sharing with just two other male working professionals, one of whom is the owner and is only there part of the week. We are sociable, but we respect each other’s space. We are clean, tidy, quiet sociable and respectful and are looking for someone like minded. No smokers please. We are looking for someone kind and gentle, who will leave a sensitive footprint, who appreciates what this house has to offer.
We are looking for someone who is going to fit in well. Someone in the age range 21-32 is likely to fit the bill. Someone with a sense of humour, who is kind and easy to get on with. We are ideally looking for someone long term.
