The current two males: one works in special effects in the film industry, the second works in the IT Industry and the housemate moving out is a lawyer who needs to be closer to his work. It's a quiet professional house with many of the housemates working long hours.

The room available is one double bedroom on the first floor.

The property is located in a 6 minute walk (0.3 miles) to Drayton Green (Overground)station and 9 min (0.5 miles) from West Ealing Station (Overground/Elizabeth Line). Ealing Broadway station (Central, District and Overground Lines) is 1.1 miles away and easily accessible by a 7 min bus ride or 20 min walk. Heathrow Airport, Paddington and Reading are easily accessible by Train.

You will also find bus stations near your door step serving E1, E11, N11, towards Ealing Broadway, Hanwell, Acton, Brentford and Chiswick and many more.

Shops are a 10 minutes walk away near West Ealing Station where you can find your local Waitrose supermarket, various takeaways, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and a variety of shops within a couple of minutes walk.
