I am offering two double bedrooms in a modern house.

Refurbished to a high spec, the house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen/diner and separate lounge.

The bedrooms are on the 1st floor middle and large front room (please see floor plan & pics for size.

I am looking for a friendly individual, who will get along with the existing housemates to create an environment you can call, not just a house, but a home. The current housemates are professionals in their 20s.

The transport links are excellent, 6 min walk to Plaistow station and 5 tube lines available within 10 mins of the house! (District, Hammersmith and City, Central, Jubilee and DLR). There is a 24hr, very frequent bus to Stratford within meters of the house. The house is within a residential area with a selection of local shops within easy walking distance (nearest convenience store just 1 min walk away) and you can shop til you drop with Westfield's being only 10min bus ride away. I love the cycling/ running path (Greenway) nearby, which takes you down a lovely route to Olympic park within a mile.

Parking is subject to obtaining a residents permit from the council.
