Chic cosy double room

Hi, we are looking for a tenant(female) for a newly refurbished and fully furnished room.
What we are looking for:
- someone super clean and tidy(this is compulsory)
-someone professional
- someone with a lot of common sense(washing hands before handling kitchen utensils)
-someone quiet as we are a quiet family home
-someone that ideally doesn’t have a lot of things to bring with them as this is a fully stuffed house(all appliances)
-someone comfortable to have a 8yr old child around every other week(weekends only).
-someone with initiative who can notice that bins are full and need taken out.
-someone with experience in sharing and following house rules (e. g quiet hours).
