Description: The room is a very comfy double bedroom with a lot of storage. it comes fully furnishes, with a large sliding double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, double bed + mattress. There are two windows bring in lots of natural light.
The bedrooms are located on floor 1, nearby one of two shared bathrooms.

Downstairs is a spacious living space/kitchen. The living area has a large L shaped sofa, and smart TV. The kitchen includes an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer/ microwave and kettle. Here also is the second bathroom with a bath & shower on this level. The shower heats quickly as it is heated via the boiler.

Leading from the living space is a lovely garden area with outdoor seating. Perfect for friends gathering, BBQ's or a workout in the sun. Out here is also a shed for more storage.

About the area:
Located next to a cemetery, florist and residential houses. The nearest stations are West Ham & Plaistow, both a 10-15 minute walk away. the 69 bus goes from outside the house, and gets you to Stratford in 10 minutes. Canning Town is a 25 minute walk, to which you will find all the shops you will need.

Housemates:
You would be living with Maxim (she/her) & Brandon (he/they)

Maxim is a sound engineer, DJ and events manager. She curates ambient events and enjoys music and performance. She also loves rollerskating, cooking and teaching herself Japanese.

Brandon is a writer, editorial designer and runs a queer magazine. He also works for an adult toy company. He enjoys design, art, culture and parties.
